If you’re booking a business trip to a country we service, the Mondo Via curators are ready to assist in the planning of your itinerary.
Once you have your travel dates, an assigned curator will set up a consultation to better understand your:
- Trip goals
- Preferences
- Special needs
- Constraints
- Other information
Then, based on the information provided during the consultation, the curator will then prepare a general itinerary of suggested resources, including things like hotels, government agencies, local businesses, and restaurants.
Great efforts are made to ensure that the locations and services selected for the itinerary have the best English-speaking capabilities available in order to make the business trip more enjoyable.
Please note: The Trip Planning concierge service does not provide booking of services or reservations in your behalf. We can recommend English-speaking travel agencies who will fulfill this service on your behalf if desired.
